I have an Add to Cart on Teddy Bears & Birds as well as the Add to Cart button on the Elephants in the website store. These are both directed to a PAYPAL check out cart. When you click the button, you will be able to make a secure payment by credit card, debit card, or bank transfer with the most trusted and secure payment system in the world, in a secure shopping cart with PAYPAL If you are buying from outside Canada, postage costs will be slightly higher, so please get in touch with me at orders@buxtonbears.com, and I will send you a PAYPAL invoice with further details. If you would prefer to pay by email money transfer, Email Me and I will reserve the bear, bird, elephant or MOUSE for you. I will email you with details of the total amount, and you can send your payment to orders@buxtonbears.com Delivery Policy: We offer CanadaPost shipping to lower your shipping price. However, not all CanadaPost options offer shipment tracking options. An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within [15] business days of the date of your order. Business day mean Monday to Friday, except holidays. Please note we do not ship on [Sundays]. Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery,and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments. Refund Policy - BuxtonBEAR's Does Not offer Refunds on any of it's Items, unless there was damage caused during shipment. In the case of an item being damaged during shipment, BuxtonBEAR's requests the shipment be returned, for a full refund excluding shipping costs. The exact dimensions in inches of every piece are in every item description. Please keep in mind every computer displays colors differently. Every care is taken to describe the item to show the piece as fully as I can. Given that these items are 100% hand sewn, there may be variations in stitching, which is the beauty of handmade. Also, each item at BuxtonBEAR's is unique and one-of-a kind. Please note, photos of your item, custom or chosen from this site, will be emailed to you for approval, after payment has been received, and before item has shipped, lest there be no surprises. Custom Orders - Are created with the best interpretation of a digital image, digital item, and description, or a combination of both. I cannot accept returns on custom orders at all. |
